My stay at the Hilton Hotel in Riyadh was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Special thanks to Fahad and Ali at the reception – professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The concierge team was incredibly helpful and efficient. The doorman greeted us warmly every day and made us feel truly valued. A big thank you to Miad from Guest Relations, who was attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of. Michelle, the waitress at breakfast, was kind, friendly, and always made our mornings brighter. The spa team was professional and provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Honestly, every single team member at this hotel deserves praise. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our visit truly outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh – it’s a 10-star experience!

Best spot to access the most interesting areas, that are well connected both by car and Metro. Highest level of service and amenities, and extraordinary kindness and attitude from all the staff. Care and smiles in the breakfast area, where a great staff attended us: John, Aida, Michelle, Lucas, Shaik, spoiled us all along the staying. The reception Staff, Waleed, Fahad, Noora: all the team, close and helpful in any moment. Definitely a Hotel in the most pure and elevated concept of the word.

Excellent hotel Great location near Kingdom Center and restaurants. Large, quiet room, with safe, good Wi-Fi. Attentive staff Highlight for the breakfast. The buffet has an Indian and Arabic station with wonderful hummus, all kinds of bread, even croissants with zaatar, cheeses and some items vary every day. I

Breakfast, in-dining, my room was little, but clean and with all the correct amenities. Nice Swimming pool but it is unfortunate the curved shape. Very nice and friendly staff at the breakfast area, lobby/reception & pool area
